Motara's Story.

Motara - is a Music Minister, Writer, Online TV Show Presenter, Songwriter, Network Engineer, QA Analyst and most of all a child of God. She is also the President of Acts of Worship Ministries and Vice President at Sept 18 Records, Houston, Texas.

Admitted to the Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State, to study Computer Science in 2001, she graduated with a BSc. (Hons) in 2005 and specialized as a Computer Network Engineer.

As a trained Computer Network Engineer, she worked with leading Nigerian firms like the Ministry of Youths and Skills Acquisition, Gusau, Peacetalk Communications, Eduworld international and Telecommunications Company, Starcomms Plc where she worked as a Data Support Engineer before resigning and relocating to the United Kingdom in 2011.

In 2008, she founded Acts of Worship Ministries. Being a worshipper herself, the ministry was born out of the need to facilitate the move of God through worship and to raise true worshippers who will worship The Father in Spirit and in Truth. The ministry currently holds a yearly worship event tagged iPraise and by God’s grace, many testimonies have come out from this event.

Passionately devoted to serving God, she always seeks for innovative ways to serve in every and any capacity. Motara has had the privilege to serve in different capacities in the Kingdom right from her campus days where she served in the Drama Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Fellowship (RCF) and the Joint Christian Campus fellowship(JCCF).

Also during her NYSC in Zamfara State in 2007, Motara served in the Nigerian Christian Campus Fellowship (NCCF) in the Drama and Choir Ministry. It was during this service year that the call of God became clear upon her life after a life-transforming conference held by the NCCF in Jos, Plateau State in Nigeria. Bro Gbile Akanni ministered at this conference and this encounter officially launched her into ministry.

As a Music Minister, Motara has had the great privilege of being used by God to be a blessing to different people, on different stages and in different countries.

As a Writer, Motara has written lots of articles and write-ups that has blessed many with testimonies evolving.

As a Speaker, Motara hosts an Online TV show, “Refresh with Motara” and "Motara Speaks"

Her motto for her “multi-dimension ministry is that” in every way possible, let Christ be preached. Motara is the third of four children and currently lives in the United states.
She is happily married to her heart-throb, Odunayo.
